Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Rate Bookings

• Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days prior to arrival.
• Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 90% of the total room amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If the room is successfully resold, management may review the charges at its discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Rate Bookings

• No cancellations or modifications are permitted.
• In case of cancellation, 90% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• These rates are offered at a discounted price in exchange for a strict cancellation policy.

3. Flexible / FIT Bookings

• Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours prior to check-in.
• Reservation/processing charges may apply where applicable.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may attract applicable charges.

4. Time-Based Cancellation Structure

For certain bookings, cancellation charges may increase closer to the arrival date:

• 15+ days before arrival: No cancellation charges
• 7–14 days before arrival: Partial cancellation charges may apply
• Less than 7 days: Up to 90% charge
• Exact terms may vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

5. No-Show Policy

• In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), 100% of the booking amount or at least one night's charge will be applied.

6. Group / Event Bookings

• Group reservations may require 30 days or more notice for cancellation.
• Certain deposits may be non-refundable.
• Specific terms will be shared at the time of confirmation.
